When this project is complete it will be a truly spectacular development. The original property is a single storey house built in a secluded part of a National Park, cut into a banked site built in the 1960’s by a local architect renowned for modernist architecture as his own home. The proposal which has been fully approved by the planners is to take the property up another level and at the same time cut further underground forming numerous subterranean areas. The style will be very modern with large areas of glass and walk-out balcony areas.

Being within a National Park planning permission for such developments isn’t easy. Although the application passed first time round some very extensive ground work in the form of pre-application enquires was made to ensure the planners agreed to the principle which ensured the success we had.
